Welcome to Egypt, Stampers!

Today you’ll land in Cairo and be greeted by our UFC staff, who will escort you to the hotel where you can relax, settle in, and get ready for an unforgettable week ahead.

​

Tonight, we kick things off with the UFC Welcome Dinner to get everyone acquainted the UFC way over dinner and vibes!

​

Pyramids, Sphinx & Grand Egyptian Museum 🐪

After our included breakfast we will visit the legendary Giza Pyramids and stand before one of the world’s most iconic landmarks. We will see the famous Great Sphinx of Giza, then enjoy lunch with stunning pyramid views.

Later, explore the impressive Grand Egyptian Museum, home to thousands of ancient artifacts including treasures from Tutankhamun.

Fly to Aswan & Nubian Culture 🌴

Take a short flight to Aswan and visit the beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis.

Next we will board your luxury Nile River cruise and begin sailing through Upper Egypt.

Later, we will visit a colorful Nubian village to experience local culture, meet residents, and enjoy traditional hospitality and also do our UFC giveback!

Upon arrival, walk through vibrant, colorfully painted streets, visit a traditional Nubian home, and learn about local customs and family traditions. You will also discover a few words of the Nubian language, gaining insight into this unique cultural identity.

​

There is time to interact with residents, capture beautiful photographs, give back, and immerse yourself in authentic village life in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Temple of Kom Ombo, Sail & Onboard Relaxation ⛵

Enjoy a leisurely morning aboard the Kahila Nile Cruise as you sail toward Edfu. Along the way, visit the remarkable Temple of Kom Ombo, a unique double temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Horus,  offering stunning reliefs and Nile views.

​

Back on board, spend the afternoon relaxing on deck with panoramic river views. Sip a drink at the lounge, swim in the pool, or simply enjoy the sunset over the Nile. In the evening, enjoy live entertainment and connect with fellow travelers over dinner.

Edfu Temple & Luxor Temples 🏛️

Start the day with a visit to the impressive Temple of Horus at Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, dedicated to the falcon god Horus.

Return to the cruise and continue sailing along the Nile River toward Luxor, enjoying scenic views and lunch on board.

​

Later, explore the massive Karnak Temple Complex and the historic Luxor Temple, two of Egypt’s most famous ancient sites, before returning to the cruise for dinner and a relaxing evening.

Hot Air Balloon & West Bank of Luxor 🎈🏜️

Start the morning with an unforgettable hot air balloon ride over Luxor, watching the sunrise illuminate the Nile, temples, and desert landscape from above, one of the most breathtaking experiences in Egypt.

After landing, explore the legendary Valley of the Kings, where many of Egypt’s pharaohs were buried in beautifully decorated tombs carved deep into the desert cliffs.

​

Next, visit the impressive Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, a stunning temple built into the limestone cliffs and dedicated to one of Egypt’s most powerful female rulers.

​

Stop for photos at the towering Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues that have stood guard over ancient Thebes for thousands of years.

​

Later, enjoy a traditional home-cooked meal with a local Egyptian family before transferring to the airport for your flight back to Cairo, where you’ll spend your final evening in Egypt. ✈️

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight, leaving Egypt with unforgettable memories of history, culture, and life along the Nile.

Once you secure your spot, we’ll make sure you’re fully prepared and connected before takeoff. Here’s what you can expect:

• No required vaccinations to enter Egypt just because you’re a visitor from the U.S. unless you are traveling through a country with a Yellow Fever risk, then a Yellow Fever vaccine certificate is required.

• Visa: Yes, U.S. citizens need a visa to enter Egypt.

• Visa on Arrival — you can get a 30-day tourist visa at the airport (typically $25 USD, cash) when you land. 

• E-Visa (online before travel) — apply in advance and skip the visa line (also about $25 for single-entry). 

• Your passport should be valid at least 6 months beyond your travel date.
